Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WaveOrbit platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. WaveOrbit reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted on this page.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. WaveOrbit may terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Permitted Use of Services

WaveOrbit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services solely for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the platform. Commercial redistribution of WaveOrbit content requires written approval.

4. Payment and Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technology, trademarks, and data available on WaveOrbit remain the exclusive property of WaveOrbit or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

WaveOrbit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings.
